SCMP Young Post Interview

In early September 2023, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by the reporter Stanley Le. He’s a reporter for the South China Morning Young Post and he’s requesting my expertise for an article in the lifestyle section of the newspaper. The article was all about giving advice to young readers on what food combinations they should either eat or avoid, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.
